With your safety being our top priority, we can help you move in quickly and safely thanks to a specially adapted ‘contactless’ moving in process outlined below:

  • Our concierge, who have been pre-advised of arrival, are still based on site (but located behind a distance barrier) and will provide access to the building.
  • Our concierge needs to check your ID before your keys can be handed over: your ID should be left on concierge desk once you enter the building, before stepping behind the distance barrier in place.
  • Our concierge (who will be wearing gloves) will check your ID and place it back on the desk, alongside the an envelope containing all fobs and keys, and the key handover form confirming keys handed over and smoke alarm test carried out
  • The 'Key Handover' form needs to be signed in the relevant section, left on the desk, and the envelope containing your fobs and keys collected. Concierge will also advise the route to your apartment and advise of location of trolleys to help you move your belongings in.
  • Our concierge (who will be wearing gloves) will check your ID and place it back on the desk, alongside the an envelope containing all fobs and keys, and the key handover form confirming keys handed over and smoke alarm test carried out

The mandatory 'Right to Rent' checks don't actually have to be carried out in person during this lockdown period. All you need to do is send any scanned documents for checks by email or app to our leasing team, rather than sending originals. After that, the leasing team will organise a video call for the check itself. You'll be asked to hold up the original documents to the camera so we can check them against the digital copy of your documents. Within 8 weeks of government advice changing, we'll also do a retrospective physical check of all documents and IDs.
