Russell heads up Tipi’s Operations. He’s “Mr. Customer Service” having lots of experience in hotels with the likes of Radisson and Hilton. Before that Russell was involved in large property development through the family business – the Beetham Organisation. This made Tipi the perfect fit as he gets to combine his love of property design and customer experience.
He and his team are responsible for how Tipi operates on a daily basis from the buildings, including the maintenance, resident queries and more, so chances are, if you have a question then Russell is your man and he’s more than happy to help.

Outside of work Russell spends most of his time with his wife and daughters, and walking the family dog Frankie. Frankie is a Cavapoo, (which we had to google) and is a cross between a poodle and a Cavalier Kings Charles Spaniel. Frankie will be an unofficial member of the Tipi team, helping to interview any animals intending to move into our future pet friendly apartments.
