Looking back over 2016

It is fair to say that 2016 has been a busy year for Tipi. This time in 2015 we were just going live with the website, and two years ago we were still in the early talks of what the Tipi offer would be.

As 2016 comes to an end, Jennie Fojtik, our Head of Lettings, tells us there have been a lot of changes;

“We have launched Tipi in Wembley Park, with two stunning buildings Montana and Dakota, both full of lovely customers that call our apartments their home. We have a full car park, a communal gym, screening room, several Tipi social events under our belts, and we’ve given some amazing tickets away to events at the SSE Arena, Wembley. We have enjoyed every second of bringing the Tipi proposition to life, and we really believe in the importance of flexible, hotel-inspired living, with 24-hour service and an all-inclusive lifestyle. It’s been wonderful seeing our customers embrace Tipi life.”

One of the things we’ve learnt here at Tipi is just how important interior design has been to our customers. All our apartments are designed to an incredibly high specification, with contemporary furniture and high quality integrated appliances in the kitchens and bathrooms. Our customers want to call their flat their home and are proud of their apartments, so we’re thrilled with the feedback.

As well as pride in their apartments, our residents are equally as enthusiastic about the communal spaces, as explained by Jennie;

Our customers are a social bunch who want to get to know each other and we have the makings of a real community for them to get involved in. The social lounges are a brilliant way for them to get to know their neighbours, whether playing pool, watching Sky TV or attending one of our popular social events, from pumpkin carving competition to the Christmas social.

All our Tipi flats in Wembley Park come with high speed broadband of up to 1GB and whilst this has proven very popular with our customers, what has become increasingly obvious is how important the human touch has been to all of the people who rent with Tipi. The Tipi team and our concierge (who are available 24-7) are always on hand so that all our customers receive speedy responses to emails and maintenance requests.

This has been Tipi’s inaugural year and we think it is fair to say it has been a success! Let’s hope that 2017 is just as fantastic.
