Absolutely. For most of our buildings, we’re able to send you a virtual tour video, letting you explore the apartments, social spaces, kitchens and everything else, all from the comfort of your home.

All of our apartments are cleaned prior to move in. Our cleaners are taking extra care to protect residents under the current circumstances.

The mandatory Right to Rent checks doesn't actually have to be carried out in person at the moment. All you need to do is send any scanned documents for checks by email or app, rather than sending originals. Then we can do a video call for the check itself. You'll be asked to hold up the original documents to the camera so we can check them against the digital copy of your documents. Within 8 weeks of government advice changing, we'll also do a retrospective physical check of all documents and IDs. Back To Top

Move-ins are still taking place for people who want to keep their original date, and we’re on hand to make your arrival as smooth as possible. A member of Tipi’s resident team will get in touch at least 48 hours before your move-in. They will:

  • advise you where to collect your keys/fobs
  • explain how our current move-in process accommodates social distancing
  • discuss the temporary measures to keep our residents safe
  • ask you to fill in the COVID-19 questionnaire prior to move-in
