Welcome to Wembley Park, home of Tipi and
London’s most dynamic new neighbourhood.
Alive with culture, creativity, food, shopping, entertainment and amazing community vibes, Wembley is so much more than a place to watch football.
It’s a home, bursting with life, and full of residents who are happy to say they belong.
Alive with culture
Vintage fairs, summer Opera screenings, open-air acoustic gigs, arts and crafts workshops as well as world-class events at Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena.
There’s enough going on in Wembley Park to keep culture vultures happy as Larry. (Larry is a local Wembley artist and a very happy guy.) Check out what’s on here
The revolutionary pop up social dining and shopping destination is coming to Wembley Park.
Like it’s predecessors in Shoreditch and Croydon, Boxpark Wembley will feature some of the best independent and established food traders from across London and around the world, as well as over 200 original events each year.
It will also include a major 2000 capacity arena space for large scale events, and a BoxBar, stocked with craft beers, fine wines and spirits, for smaller events. Definitely a 10 on the hipster scale.
Tick the free tickets box
Our monthly prize draws give every Tipi resident the chance to win free tickets to awesome gigs and world class sporting events.
Over the past year our people have been to see the NFL, Ed Sheeran, the MTV EMA’s, Arcade Fire, Andre Rieu, England National football team, Spurs and the Rugby.
When was the last time your landlord gave you anything for free?
A proper place to live
Just like any neighbourhood, Wembley Park has schools, doctors, supermarkets, banks and gyms.
All the essentials that make a place your home.
Wembley Park is also a “managed neighbourhood”, which means it’s owners, Quintain, control, patrol and look after the area. That goes for landscaping and trees as much as it does for security.
Unlike other apartments, our support goes far beyond the building walls.
Do it all, or nothing at all
Our mission at Tipi is to make your life hassle-free. That means freeing you up to take advantage of all Wembley Park has to offer. But, if you prefer to chill in your stylish apartment or simply observe the action from your funky rooftop, doing nothing is also a very appealing option around here.
With up to 50 stores at up to 70% off, London Designer Outlet is a shopper’s paradise in Wembley Park.
Nike, Kurt Geiger, H&M, Guess and Superdry are here, just to name a few.
Add in 20 places to eat and drink and a Cineworld and you may never leave.
at Yellow Pavillion
We like to call it the community centre with a twist.
Yellow Pavilion is the epicentre of life in Wembley Park.
Get fit, learn new skills or get creative at one of our classes or workshops. The social space at Yellow Pavilion is where Wembley Park residents come to meet new friends or have a natter with old ones.
Most spots in Central London are 35 minutes from Wembley Park and some as close as 12. Stroll around leafy Marylebone or West Hampstead, get caught up in the buzz of Soho or take in some culture on the Southbank. Or go green with a trip to the Chiltern Hills for a walk and a country pub.
You’re a stones throw from Euston station and it’s connections to the Midlands and the North and Heathrow is just 45 minutes away.
